children must have a chaperone that is either a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions.
ALL Adult attendeesMUST HAVE FULL CLEARANCES. PLEASE CHECK WITH MRS. Magerr
if you have ANY questions. Clearances must be completed or you cannot
attend the trip. Do not wait until April to get your clearances.
Dress Code- . Appropriate rompers, sundresses, flowy pants. I CANNOT stress enough that the length of dresses and rompers MUST be appropriate for 8th grade. No strapless, no tank tops. THIS IS AN 8th Grade privilege. Some of the girls wanted to wear jeans, but we have never allowed jeans or leggings. Nice capris would be fine as well. Sensible shoes are recommended. A lot of girls from past years have worn sneakers with their dresses. They looked adorable. The trip is earlier this year, so it may be cooler out.
Boys- no tee shirts. NICE (cargos are fine) Shorts and a nice shirt. Sneakers are fine.
Parents: dress comfortably
BUS Behavior- Students may only have water to drink on the bus. They may bring sensible snacks
(nothing that leaves crumbs).STUDENTS will be responsible for putting their trash in
the trash bags, cleaning up their area, and acting appropriately.
Parents/Chaperones will be responsible for checking their child's area and their
behavior. Sit near your children.
